Students Gear Up for Higher Ed with SA's University Fair

As part of Sampoerna Academy’s effort to nurture and develop its students for the world through their choice of university, the school organized this year’s University Fair which consists of outstanding Universities from all over the world last October 12, 2024.

Universities from Australia, China, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey, the United States and the United Kingdom were invited and had a booth set up for students from Grades 10-12, alongside their parents, who had a short information session with the invited universities’ representatives.

These sessions were designed to help the students find out where they may want to go for their higher education, as well as their potential majors, and even scholarship opportunities. 

“University fairs like these are there to help guide us through these life-altering and difficult times and somehow support us in making the best decision we can possibly make”, one student commented.

When asked about the importance of this University Fair for students, Miss Senja, our Guidance and Career Counselor, said, “This university fair is put together to open many good and various options for students and parents, and for them ⁠get advice in preparing the application and scholarship."
